Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to explain that on January 25th I bought a digital camera in the website of Express Accessories. I received the digital camera at home five days later but when I opened the box was completely broken.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about the product, because in the website it was said clearly that the sale products were of high quality. However, in the website there was an address where you can send any complaint. And I have used this address to send this one.

I received no apology and I was not offered a refund but it was clearly to see that the box was broken. I called your costumer services department in order to discuss the situation. However, I did not clarify anything. This caused me considerable embarrassment because the digital camera should be a present for my boyfriend. Now I ask you, to receive a new digital camera as soon as possible.

I would be grateful if you could look into this matter urgently.

How you imagine your life will be by 2050?

I think that my life will be very different by 2050 because I will have had new experiences and I will have done many things.

I will have finished the Secondary School and I will have studied at the University. I will be working as a teacher at school because I like teaching children. I will be living in a very beautiful house in Paris because it is a very exciting city.

Moreover, I will have married and I will have had a large family because I think it is very funny. I won’t have been rich so I will have received a little sum of money given by the government.

In conclusion, I believe I will be a very happy person because I will have and success, at home and a job.
