Madam,
I am
writing to explain that on January 25th I bought a digital camera in the website
of Express Accessories. I received the digital camera at home five days later but
when I opened the box was completely broken.
I
would like to express my dissatisfaction about the product, because in the
website it was said clearly that the sale products were of high quality.
However, in the website there was an address where you can send any complaint.
And I have used this address to send this one.
I
received no apology and I was not offered a refund but it was clearly to see
that the box was broken.
I called your costumer services department in order to discuss the
situation. However, I did not clarify anything. This caused me considerable
embarrassment because the digital camera should be a present for my boyfriend.
Now I ask you, to receive a new digital camera as soon as possible.
I
would be grateful if you could look into this matter urgently.
